Before you make a fault report, it may be good to think about which simpler measures you yourself are responsible for in your home. These include changing light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, spark plugs and fuses. Easier cleaning of water locks, floor drains and changing and cleaning of filters in cooker hoods and valves are also included in the measures you are expected to carry out yourself. Our property managers can of course help you with these works, but you must then be prepared that the service may be invoiced.
