Stay Smart Properties goal is to create safe, modern, environmentally friendly living in pleasant environments.

We want to rent to people who show a personal interest and responsibility for their accommodation and for the area and the apartment they want to live in. This means that, taking into account the customer as well as existing tenants and the best interest of the company, we attach great importance to the selection by customer.
The right customer for the right home is the basic idea in our rental. Every rental must lead to the tenant perceiving the home as affordable and that it meets the set requirements for location, size, standard and access to expected service. We look for and choose customers who want to enjoy themselves and stay with us for a long time.

Stay Smart Properties does not have a housing queue, but an interest bank that is based on you being an active applicant. In order for you to be offered an apartment, you must first register as a housing applicant with our interest bank via our website.

To rent accommodation with us, you must be at least 18 years old. Your income must be in reasonable proportion to the rent and can be proven in writing.

Acceptable income:

  • Salary from work, employment or own business
  • A-kassa or other labor market policy compensation
  • Student funds and/or CSN loans
  • Pension
  • Income from capital
  • Housing allowance, housing allowance
  • Food support.
  • Taxable allowances from Försäkringskassan (for example activity allowance, sickness allowance, sickness allowance, parental allowance)

We always take a credit report and expect good references from previous landlords. We have the same expectations for those who already live with us today as for you who are looking for housing. We test the ability to pay and there must be no recurring disturbances, payment complaints or rent arrears.
