If you have canceled your apartment or are going to move from one of our apartments, you will be contacted by us at Stay Smart for a final inspection when the day of moving approaches. Upon termination, you will also receive a checklist that describes the condition in which you must leave the apartment upon moving out. In the checklist that is also below on this page, you will get help on what you need to think about and do with the apartment in connection with moving out and moving cleaning, which also applies to attic or basement storage if there is such.
In the period between notice of termination and departure, we may also refer new interested parties to you for apartment viewing.
Later on the day you move out, you will also have to return all the keys that you have signed out for the apartment and its spaces such as storage and or garage.
