Stay Smart Acquires Top Tower in Västerås

In February, Stay Smart completed the acquisition of Top Tower in Västerås. The property, located in Bjurhovda, is 15 storeys high and has long been a well-known landmark in Västerås. The property is just over 4,000 square meters, divided into 155 apartments.

The purchase of Top Tower fits perfectly into Stay Smart's business model and property portfolio. The property has previously been used as a condominium hotel and as rental apartments. Stay Smart will now renovate and furnish all the apartments and rent them out as corporate apartments under our own brand Sweden Longstay. The need for such living solutions is great in Västerås since many large business establishments and infrastructure projects are underway in the area. By turning Top Tower into attractive accommodation for corporate guests, Stay Smart will be able to contribute to a positive future for Västerås.
