New 10-year Rental Agreement for Ribbingelund

In december 2022 Stay Smart signed a new 10-year rental agreement for our property in Ribbingelund outside Eskilstuna. The contract value for Stay Smart is 12 Mkr.

The property is strategically located close to Swedens largest logistics park, Eskilstuna logistics park. The rental agreement is signed with the hotel operator Hotell TS ho will run a new hotel operation in the property.

Under the agreement, Stay Smart will also be able to refeer coustomers to Hotell TS in a profit sharing agreement that will be profitable for both parties", says Adam Morgan, CEO of Stay Smart.
