Property Management and Rental Operations

Stay Smart has three main business segments: Property Management, where Stay Smart owns and leases properties, and Rental Operations, where Stay Smart also runs the rental operations in the properties under it own brand Sweden Longstay. In addition, Stay Smart also has an in-house property development team that rebuilds, renovates and develops our properties.

In addition to the administrative team, we have our own accommodation hosts, property managers, construction workers and cleaning staff, to make sure we follow the company's values ​​​​at all levels, providing quality all the way to the end customer. In most of our properties, we run the rental operations. We also have properties that we rent out to other operators.

Community Properties

One of our segments is renting out properties that are predominantly used by tax-financed operations and are specifically adapted for community services, such as companies that work with social infrastructure.

Private Healthcare Providers

Another segment is renting out properties to companies offering care and treatment for individuals with psychosocial problems and mental illness, including LSS accommodation.

Social Services

Stay Smart also gives municipalities access to housing for vulnerable groups. We see this as a way for us to help society and give back.
