New Property Acquisition in Västerås

During the summer of 2022, Stay Smart acquried a new property in Harkie southeast of Västerås city from the company Humana. The property consists of two separate buildings with a total area of approx. 800 square meters. Humana has previously rebuilt and renovated the buildings to excellent condition. Humana has used the buildings as a group housing/HVB home, which means that high demands were applied to fire protection and ventilation during the conversion.
