Stay Smart Acquires Property in Eskilstuna from Region Sörmland

Stay Smart Fastigheter has today completed the acquisition of a strategically located property in central Eskilstuna from Region Sörmland. The property, located at Sveavägen 40 (property designation Skålen 1), comprises 22 apartments, all currently vacant.

Region Sörmland previously used the apartments to accommodate hospital staff. With the acquisition, Stay Smart takes over responsibility and now intends to refurbish and furnish the units to offer modern, corporate housing solutions targeted at both private and public sector clients.
