50-Apartment Rental Agreement Signed With Västerås Stad

Stay Smart has entered into a rental agreement under which with the city of Västerås (Västerås Stad) rents 50 apartments, starting on 1 February 2023, to accommodate refugees from Ukraine.

"We are both happy and proud to be able to help out with the urgent need of accommodation for Ukrainian refugees. It feels extra important this time of year, when the winter makes it impossible for many to stay in their homes in Ukraine without working heat or electricity. With short notice and some luck with timing, Stay Smart was able to set aside 50 apartments for this purpose and thereby help Västerås Stad help the refugees allocated by the Swedish Migration Agency. Our ambition is to contribute to helping those in need by offering flexible housing solutions in collaboration with goverment organisations and social services, and this is a great example of how it works", says Adam Morgan, CEO of Stay Smart.
