Nytt 5 års avtal tecknat med Västerås stad

Stay Smart has renewed and signed a new five-year agreement, effective from April 1, 2026, with the City of Västerås regarding the property Kasernen 5 in the Viksäng district of Västerås. The City of Västerås operates transitional housing and a shelter facility at the property. The lease agreement has a total value of approximately SEK 11 million.
