New portfolio acquired in Köping

At the end of February 2023, Stay Smart completed the acquisition of 6 properties at Mälartorget 1-3 in Köping. The portfolio consists of 60 rental apartments and approx. 10 loklas.

The total area of ​​the properties is approx. 5,000 square meters. The purchase of these apartments fits perfectly into Stay Smart's business model and property portfolio. Stay Smart will now continue to manage and improve the properties over time. The need for rental apartments is great in Köping because several new business establishments and infrastructure projects are now underway in the area. Through this acquisition, Stay Smart will make Mälartorget in Köping an attractive place to live for private tenants and corporate guests, and we also hope to be able to contribute to a positive future for Köping's real estate market.
