Stay Smart acquired the property Allmogekulturen 21 on December 21, 2023, from Mimer Bostads AB, the municipal property company of Västerås City. At the time of acquisition, the property consisted of approximately 60 apartments, and Stay Smart will soon begin the restoration of about 20 additional apartments that are currently being used as premises. The building is 4250 sqm on a plot that is 5500 sqm. Property was built 1966. Location is 5 minutes by car to the most central part of Västerås.
