Like its sister building House 10 on Flottiljgatan 79, the property Flygskytten 1 House 9 is located in the Hässlö area in Västerås, close to Västerås Airport. Built in 1945 and approximately 1,000 sqm in size, the building used to function as a school but has been rebuilt into a corporate housing facility. Stay Smart acquired the Flygskytten properties in December 2021, in one of our first acquisitions.
