The building Harkie 1:99 House 2 (also known as Annexet) is located in a beautiful area about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Västerås. The house is only 400 meters from the big lake Mälaren, with great opportunities for fishing and swimming or going for a jog in the nearby forest. The garden also has a beautiful building intended to host barbecues. The building was built in 1950, has nine rooms and a total area of 260 sqm. Stay Smart aquired the property in in June 2022 and since then it has been rebuilt, renovated and furnished by the Stay Smart building team.
