The property Järven 11 was acquired by Stay Smart in December 2022. It is a freestanding property with four apartments and a total area of 154 sqm. It was built in 1941 and is located in a central part of the city of Boden. During January and February 2023 all four apartments will be renovated by the Stay Smart building team, and then rented out by Sweden Longstay, Stay Smart's own rental brand.
