The property Ribbingelund 2:60 was acquired by Stay Smart in December 2021. Ribbingelund is located just outside Eskilstuna, very close to Eskilstuna Logistics Park. The property consists of multiple buildings. The main building is 490 square meters in size and was built in 1940. During spring 2022, the buildings were renovated and all the rooms were upgraded with new furniture. From January 2023 onwards, the property is rented out to a well-known hotel operator on a 10-year lease contract.
