The property Sävast 4:21 was acquired by Stay Smart in December 2022. It is a 173-sqm house built in 1874 with six bedrooms, beautifully located on the shore of a river just south of the city of Boden. In January and February 2023 the building will be rebuilt, renovated and furnished by the Stay Smart building team and then rented out to Sweden Longstay, Stay Smart's own corporate housing brand.
