The property Södra Kungsladugården 10 is a 400-sqm building which was built in 1980 and used to be a preschool. Stay Smart aqcuired the property in October 2022 and will have it completely rebuilt during spring 2023. When it is fully renovated, the property will be used as a longstay facility under the Sweden Longstay brand and rented out as corporate accommodation.
