We are pleased to present our new property at Kanslihusvägen 1 in Boden. This hotel building offers approximately 40 guest rooms, with space for over 100 guests. A practical property and our sixth acquisition in Boden, it will provide a comfortable and convenient stay for both short- and long-term guests. The property is located in a quiet and pleasant area with good transportation links. It is just a 10-minute drive to the Stegra site (H2 Green Steel), making it an ideal location for workers and project employees. In addition, the Swedish Armed Forces are making significant investments in the area and expanding rapidly, creating an increased demand for accommodation for both staff and contractors.
