New Stay Smart Property Acquisition in Kungsör

Stay Smart has acquired a former preschool from the municipality of Kungsör. Building permission has been granted by the municipality to convert the property into housing. Stay Smart's construction team has started the conversion to housing and the housing is expected to be ready for renting in October 2023. The property will be rented out as Longstay housing and business housing, which will be the first of its kind in Kungsör.
