Stay Smart Acquires Two Properties in Boden

Stay Smart has acquired the company's first two properties in Boden. One is located in the central parts of the city and has four apartments. The other property is beautifully located just east of the city on a riverfront plot. Both properties will be renovated and fully furnished by the Stay Smart building and renovation teams, and then rented out by Sweden Longstay, Stay Smarts own corporate housing brand.

The timing and location is perfect with the H2 Green Steel project just ramping up their factory construction.
